RULES
• Site service fees and any payments for utilities are due and payable as per the terms of the site service agreement. You will be charged a 5% late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if the total amount is not received in the office by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS).
• Speed limit is 10 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully in the park.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00: A.M. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
• The number of people occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed two (2) adults. A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated. Additionally, the appropriate fee for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the effective date of your site service agreement.
• Please keep your RV Site neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Do not make any changes to the RV Site without the prior written consent of the park. Only outdoor type furniture is allowed on the site. No storage boxes, tires, extra propane tanks, wading or small pools, clothes lines, etc.
• Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.
• Recreational vehicles must be kept clean (no excessive mold, dirty streaks, etc.) and in good repair at all times. Broken awnings, hoses, seals, window air conditioners or sewage/water leakage will not be permitted. Long term guests are required to wash and wax their RV a minimum of once per year.
• A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required by law.
• Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.
• Smoking is not permitted in any building. If you choose to smoke outside, please do not throw butts on the ground.
• No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
• The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited.
• The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.
• The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited.
• No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces.
• Add all vehicles must be currently registered and in running condition. No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises.
• PETS (dogs & cats) must be on a leash and under your control at all times. Please be respectful of others and CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
• Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.
• Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarette butts.
• Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain permission from the office.
• We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. Please take care of them and report any problem immediately.
• Any person/company coming into work on your unit for any reason MUST have a certificate of insurance on file with our office.
• Do NOT leave trash out overnight as wild animals, dogs and cats can get into it.
• FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
